The ZT-F30X Distribution Automation Feeder Terminal Unit is a remotely located terminal of the distribution automation system, independently developed against the backdrop of the construction and development of smart grids. Adhering to a distributed and modular design philosophy, this device comprehensively analyzes the requirements of distribution networks for information acquisition and control. It incorporates highly reliable measurement and control circuits, as well as high-speed, strongly anti-interference industrial fieldbus network technology. Suitable for automation projects in urban, rural, and enterprise distribution networks, this device accomplishes monitoring, control, protection, and communication functions for ring main units and pole-mounted switches. In coordination with distribution sub-stations and main stations, it realizes normal monitoring of distribution lines, as well as fault identification, isolation, and restoration of power supply to non-fault sections, thereby enhancing power supply reliability and reducing fault handling time.
Main functions and characteristics

1) Electrical parameter acquisition: Real-time collection of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, zero-sequence voltage, zero-sequence current, power, power factor, and frequency.

2) Switch status monitoring: Monitor the open and closed states of circuit breakers, load switches, isolating switches, and other equipment.

3) Short-circuit fault detection: Detect short-circuit and ground faults in the line, automatically or manually isolate the faulty section, and reduce the scope of power outages.

4) Remote opening and closing: Control the opening and closing operations of circuit breakers or load switches via remote commands.

5) Self-Diagnosis and Maintenance: Automatically detect the equipment status, promptly identify faults, and support remote upgrades and maintenance.

6) Sequence of Events (SOE) recording: Record the precise time sequence of events such as switch position changes and protective actions.

7) Communication Function: Exchange data with the main station or other terminals, and support multiple communication protocols such as IEC60870-5-101/104, DNP3, etc.

8) Alarm function: Trigger local and remote alarms when abnormalities are detected (such as overcurrent, overvoltage, communication interruption,etc.).

9) Intelligent load management: Optimize load distribution based on load demand and price signals.
